Trust Digital Content Creator
Digital Content Creator (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm. Grade D/E – Salary range - £21,778 to £30,101 plus 24/25 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays. (Salary is experience dependent and will be agreed at appointment with the successful candidate).

The Wildern Academy Trust comprises of Wildern School, Deer Park Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School. The role is to be based at Wildern, but flexibility within the role will be required. Our staff form a collective team that make a difference to the lives of our students. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and creative person to create digital content for the Trust. The successful candidate will work with staff and pupils across all three schools to create videos, posters, flyers and graphics. The role will require you to produce professional work that will be published in our social media channels. The Trust and its member schools take pride in how they are seen by the community and your work should reflect this.
The successful candidate will be confident with using cameras to take video and stills and be able to edit this content to meet the goals of a given project. Projects can range from Promotional videos for schools to a recap video for an activity day for students. Other projects will include creating content for a prospectus, website, social media post or lesson resources.
Applicants should have previous experience in video editing and graphic design. Applicants must also be able to use Photoshop and Premier Pro and be confident PC or MAC users.
You will need to be creative and be able to give clear advice/guidance/suggestions to staff as you help bring their projects to life.
Links to a downloadable portfolio or a list of links to hosted content (YouTube etc.) that you have created must be included in Section 7 of the application form. Without this we are unable to consider your application.
