Senior Administrative Officer

37 hours per week, 7.45am to 3.45pm Monday to Thursday, 7.45am to 3.30pm Friday, Term-time only (40 weeks). Grade E – Step 1 - Full Time Equivalent Salary £28,934, Actual Salary £25,495.32.

Deer Park School opened in September 2021 initially with four forms of Year 7 and will grow to full capacity of seven forms of entry over the next seven years.

We are searching for an enthusiastic and efficient Senior Administrative officer to be responsible for the co-ordination of the office, to provide a confidential PA and support service for the Headteacher.  Be responsible for all aspects of student admissions and all aspects of in year and main round student appeals.  The right person will need to have high standards of verbal and written communication with the ability to use SIMS for a range of reports, tasks and set ups. (End of year management etc).
